Zero Tolerance

The aim of the Practice Staff is to be polite and as helpful as possible to ALL patients.

If you consider you have been treated unfairly or unacceptably, please ask the reception staff for a complaints form.

However, abusive or threatening behaviour towards Practice staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.  Patients that act in this manner may be removed from the Practice list.
