Repeat Prescriptions
You can a request repeat prescription in the following ways:
- Leaving either the repeat prescription request form or written request at reception.
- By post, if you wish us to return it back by post please provide a self addressed envelope.
- Online via the form on this website.
*We also work closely with chemist in the local area so they can request, collect and in certain case deliver the prescription. Please speak to your designated chemist about this service.
Please note Prescription are not accepted over the Telephone.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE REQUEST 72 WORKING HOURS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AND PRESCRIPTIONS WILL NOT BE HANDED TO ANYONE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD.
Medication Queries
Should you have any questions regarding your medication, please either contact the Chemist you had them dispensed by or contact the Practice and ask to speak to one of our members of the Pharmacy Team or please submit an econsult which will be actioned via the team.
About pharmacists
As qualified healthcare professionals, pharmacists can offer advice on minor illnesses such as:
- coughs
- colds
- sore throats
- tummy trouble
- aches and pains
They can also advise on medicine that you can buy without a prescription.
Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You do not need an appointment.
Most pharmacies have a private consultation room where you can discuss issues with pharmacy staff without being overheard.
